REFUND 
We do not provide refunds after the product is shipped (due to each item being individually being bespoke) which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the website. Please make sure that you've carefully read product descriptions before making a purchase. We will only accept a return if the item is faulty or damaged. 
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. We will always do our best to rectify and resolve the problem before refunding as we cannot use the item again. If the item is faulty, we ask you to provide photos of proof to our email info@yorkshiresignsandprint.co.uk and a member of our team will get back to you within 2-5 working days with a resolution. 
 
PRICES 
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content therefore)  without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

DELIVERY 
We usually deliver to the selected countries only. They can be seen at the checkout. If you have not found your country, please contact us so we could arrange the shipment to your country. The shipping cost can be seen at the checkout. It may vary depending on the destination country, service level or special offers.​
For private individuals, parcels will be delivered to the entered address, however, sometimes they might arrive to the local post office. In this case, the customer will be informed by post notice. It is customers responsibility to collect the item from the post office or collection point.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY TIMES​
All orders are processed and sent out to you within 2-3 weeks once artwork been approved, please note if you have placed a large or bespoke order - the lead time may be longer.
.We always strive to deliver our goods within the specified time-frames, but delays can sometimes unexpectedly occur. In the event of a delay, the customer will be contacted by phone or e-mail as soon as possible and a new delivery time will be agreed. If the order has not arrived at the specified shipping address within 14 business days, please contact us preferably by email or phone
